Who is Emily Shah?

Emily has a deep-rooted legacy in the film fraternity. Her father, veteran line producer Prashant Shah, is the man behind Bollywood Hollywood, a company that became a global household name after its launch in 1999. The firm partnered with leading firms like Dharma Productions and Red Chilies Entertainment that handled films like My Name Is Khan with Shah Rukh Khan, Dostana with Abhishek Bachchan and Priyanka Chopra, and Kites with Hrithik Roshan.

“My father has a great relationship with Shah Rukh Khan, and he relies on my dad whenever he comes here,” adds Emily. Between her successful modelling career and experience on stage, it was inevitable that the trilingual star entered the world of cinema and rose to fame as an artiste to reckon with.

With her passion for acting it was enviable that Emily would enter the world of cinema. The talented actress has completed two films which both received immense love from the audience. One of them being Jungle Cry alongside Bollywood actor Abhay Deol. The film follows the story of underprivileged kids who go to England to pursue their sporting dreams.

Along with acting, the talented Indian creative has also ventured out into the business world with her own beverage company named Dharma. Emily frequently takes to her Instagram page to share glimpses of her live including her creative campaigns for her company.
